We are based in Hartwell, Northamptonshire and practice every Monday night 8.15-9.30pm at Hartwell Primary School NN7 2HL
Hart and Soul Choir have been singing together since September 2011, and many original members are still with us. We regularly have between 30 and 45 voices.
Our evening meetings are a great antidote to that Monday feeling. You’ll enjoy plenty of laughter, be uplifted by the songs and forget all your worries for a little while.
You’ll have the opportunity to perform around 3 times a year for village events, if you want to, and to have a fantastic time at the annual Community Choirs festival. We sing a variety of uplifting songs and our repertoire includes: Bridge Over Troubled Water-Simon and Garfunkel, Fields of Gold-Sting, Bohemian Rhapsody-Queen, Happy, One Day Like This-Elbow as well as traditional songs such as Eriskay Love Song, Sally Gardens, Shenandoah, Swing Low and many traditional African and gospel songs.
So if you enjoy singing and would like to join a very friendly and joyful choir, do come along, the first week is free.
